While reciprocal tariffs have been paused for most countries a 145% tariff still exists for imports arriving from China. While there has been a 90 day pause we are encouraging brands to use the next 90 days to measure baselines and figure out elasticity curves for existing products. Those learnings will be vital to shield margins now and in the future.
