Heatmap.com + Intelligems

See the heatmap for each variation, not the average of both.

You already read heatmaps in Heatmap.com. Once you connect, you can read one per test group.

Intelligems

Intelligems tags Heatmap.com sessions with the experiment and variant a shopper was in. Heatmap.com then exposes those tests under its own Intelligems filter, so you can view any heatmap or recording set for a single variation.

Does Intelligems integrate with Heatmap.com?

Yes. Once enabled, Intelligems sends three properties for every running experiment:

PropertyWhat it contains
partnerintelligems_variant
variant_friendly_name<Experiment Name> - <Test Group Name>
variant_idThe unique variation ID

These pass through Heatmap.com's _heatmap_set_event_tag() function automatically. No code, no API key, no manual setup.

How the integration works

Data moves one direction

Heatmap.com data does not appear in Intelligems reporting, and Heatmap.com behavior cannot target an Intelligems test.

Tagging is not measurement

Heatmap.com shows you where shoppers clicked and scrolled in each group. It does not tell you whether the difference is real. Read significance, revenue, and profit in Intelligems, then use Heatmap.com to understand the why.

Nothing backfills

Tagging starts once you enable the integration, so turn it on before you launch the experience you want to study.

FAQs

No. It is included in all Intelligems plans, on every module. You need your own Heatmap.com account, and Heatmap.com's own pricing and plan limits apply to how much it records and retains.
