Microsoft Clarity + Intelligems
Watch the session, and know which variation the shopper saw.
You already record sessions in Clarity. Once you connect, every session knows which test group it belongs to.
Intelligems tags Microsoft Clarity sessions with the experiment and test group a shopper was in. Filter your Clarity recordings and heatmaps by either one to compare how shoppers behaved across variations.
Does Intelligems integrate with Microsoft Clarity?
Yes. When a shopper enters a live experiment, Intelligems tags their Clarity session:

Intelligems writes these through Clarity's own window API, so there are no API keys to paste and no credentials to manage.
How the integration works
Data moves one direction
Clarity recordings, heatmaps, and metrics do not appear in Intelligems reporting, and Clarity behavior cannot target an Intelligems test.
Tagging is not measurement
Clarity shows you what shoppers did in each group. It does not tell you whether the difference is real. Read significance, revenue, and profit in Intelligems, then use Clarity to understand the why.
Nothing backfills
Sessions start getting tagged on the next page view after you connect, so connect before you launch the experience you want to watch.

Confirm Microsoft Clarity is installed and recording on your store
In Intelligems, on the bottom left navigation, click Integrations > Microsoft Clarity
Enable the integration
